Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Cece and Bloom, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy is in line with UK consumer law and outlines your rights and our returns process.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

We are happy to offer exchanges on unpersonalised items, subject to stock availability. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all original tags attached. Please note that exchanges cannot be guaranteed if the requested item is out of stock.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on personalised or custom-made items unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene strip is fully intact. We cannot accept returns if the hygiene strip has been removed or if the item shows any signs of wear.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs, and original delivery charges are non-refundable. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return costs.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days at ceceandbloom@outlook.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. All approved returns must be sent back within 14 days of approval.
