Shipping Policy

Dispatch Time: In-stock items will be dispatched within 10 working days. Preorder items will be dispatched within 10 working days of us receiving the stock.

Delivery Time: Items will typically be delivered 3-5 working days after dispatch.

Tracking: Tracking information will be provided for all orders.

Preorder & In-stock Items: If you order both preorder and in-stock items, the in-stock items will not be dispatched until we have your full order. If you’d like to receive your in-stock items sooner, please contact us on Instagram @ceceandbloom or email us at ceceandbloom@outlook.com, and we can arrange a separate dispatch.

Collection Items: For collection orders, we will contact you within 10 working days of receiving your preorder items or in-stock items to confirm a collection address in Middlesbrough.


Lost Mail Policy

Delivered Items: If tracking shows your items as delivered, we cannot be held responsible for a refund or replacement. You will need to contact the shipping provider directly.

Undelivered Items: If your items are not showing as delivered, please reach out to us at ceceandbloom@outlook.com. We will assist you in investigating the issue; however, we will not issue an instant refund as we must first launch an investigation with the delivery company. Once the investigation is complete and if we are reimbursed, we will offer either a replacement or a refund. Please note that replacements are not always guaranteed, as many of our items are preorder, but we will accommodate where possible.

Claims for Lost Mail: All lost mail claims must be raised within 14 days of the delivery date.
